Something got me started
You know that I will love you
Lately since we parted
I truly know that I need you
I’d give it all up for you x 8
(Yes I would)
Totally broken-hearted
Guilty of what I did to you
Lately since we partedI truly know that I need you
Yes I do because
I’d give it all up for you x 8
(Yes I would)
I could never have imagined that [the album] Stars would have the impact it did. It’s always about the music. I have this abiding faith in the music and that will shine through when I’m dead and gone. I don’t really care about the contemporary side of it because I’m always trying to make music that will last a long time.
