I was at this concert and also at the washed out Bowral one, and the Canberra concert last year, and FYI Mick blew me a kiss from the stage.
(Sorry but you you know the feeling, I’m just another one of those completely obsessed Mick Hucknall/Simply Red fans. We can share…but I’m going first)
It was our second concert in 1 year (first at the Palais and now here). Much better live than the DVD if that is possible. Thanks for the great entertainment over the years. God bless always
Had to move 12 thousand miles to come to a concert. The whole experience of an outside concert with family picnics, wine and dancing on grass with complete strangers was a wonderful experience to remember. Bought the cd on the day and it puts a smile on my face everyday this week on my way to work,
I even drive the long way home to listen to my favourite tracks. Thank you Mick for a wonderful day and 25 years of memories x
What an unbelievable show, well done guys. You had the audience up and dancing from “Holding back the years” all the way through the set. Great vibes, great atmosphere and the best soul band ever, what more could you ask? See you in Sydney!!!
