    I had the chance to be in the con­cert with my wife, and also in the con­cert last year. We have tick­ets for the last show on dec. 19th (my birth­day) and that’s going to be the best con­cert ever, I’m sure of it! Thanks to the band and to Mick, you guys are awesome!

    Ahora si creo que es el final, como lo dijo Mick en el con­cierto, es hora de des­pedirse y que vayamos a casa. Gra­cias, muchas gra­cias a todo Simply Red y en espe­cial a Mick por manten­erse estos 26 años como uno de los mejores grupos en la his­toria de la música y a mi gusto el mejor dando con­cier­tos en vivo. Excelente audio, excelente voz, excelente manejo de escen­ario, excelentes músi­cos, una noche SIMPLEMENTE… EXCELENTE. Que dios los bendiga y bueno, quedará el leg­ado de este extraordin­ario grupo y el recuerdo de haber­los escuchado por última vez.

    Thanks for your tal­ent and the way you use it to trans­late human feel­ings into music, in such mag­ni­fi­cent way. You are to day uni­ver­sal in time and space (going across the years and all around the world is not that easy).

    Even though I couldn’t go to your recent con­cert in México because of the dis­tance from Tabasco (South México), I hope I will some day see you singing.

    My best wishes of hap­pi­ness, health and wel­fare for you and all those around you.

    I want to say thank you for all these years of very good music. The sound of that sweet sax, the musical notes from the gui­tar, the room fullest of the relax­ing envir­on­ment when the key­boards start to be play­ing, the bat­tery is con­stantly amaz­ing us, last and not less import­ant the won­der­ful voice of Mick Huck­nall.
    All these things have been play­ing for 25 years, remem­ber­ing us good times and bad ones.
    All the time remind­ing us the good things of the life, ‘cos when you hear “Hold­ing Back the Years”, “If you don’t know me by now”, “Home” and “Mel­low my mind” you begin to remem­ber how good is liv­ing.
    With so many artists you have sing like Jools Hol­land, B.B. King, Phil Collins, George Michael, Dee Dee Bridge­wa­ter, Coolio. In few movies and TV shows we have seen you.
    I spent a long, long time search­ing for the only one, the artist who I can say: “Man, this is a reason to live”.
    So long time wait­ing for you to come back to Mex­ico. Thank you for com­ing back again.
    I went to see you a year ago and I really enjoyed it, which was an amaz­ing exper­i­ence, it was like only one voice when every­body were singing “If you don’t know me by now” at only one sound
    Finally I want to say thanks for make us feel abso¬lutely alive with your music. It is a gift from me and my coun¬try that loves you.

    Mere words could not explain
    That was the firts and the last Simply Red con­cert.
    My unborn daugh­ter gave to his father the tick­ets for the Simply Red con­cert. But, I think that she really enjoyed the con­cert too, she was kick­ing me all the con­cert. Now, I’m sure she is the young­est Simply Red fan as my hus­band said. We truly enjoyed the con­cert, the music… and of course Mick’s voice is so amaiz­ing; the way that he gave him­self to the music. Thank you Simply Red for these years of nice music. And good luck in your pro­jects. We will be wait­ing for your next visit to Mex­ico Mick… we hope to hear your ter­rific voice again with new music and your beau­ti­ful lyrics.

    I was so for­tu­nate that I got to travel from New Mex­ico to Mex­ico to meet friends from the Simply Red forum (who are now like fam­ily to me!) and see the con­cert in Mex­ico along with get­ting to greet all of the band. This was such a spe­cial moment for me as I have loved Simply Red for some time!! Each encounter was a joy as all the band mem­bers are so kind. (I also want to thank Mozza and Cam­ille and apo­lo­gize for any prob­lem my Mex­ican friends, my Simply Red sis­ter Hope or I may have caused!!) Each song was like a pearl. This.. appar­ently.. is going to be my one and only Simply Red con­cert.. but what an exper­i­ence it was!!! Thank you, thank you!! What’s next???

    What a great con­cert!!! This was superb, the band was just fant­astic, great play­ers and Mick Hucknall´s voice and charm­ing per­son­al­ity is like the cherry on the top of an ice cream. You made me very happy and it is like if you had read my mind because you played all my favour­ite songs. Thank you for all the memor­ies you brought me on Sat­urday night but most of all, thank you for your music, your tal­ent and for being one of the bands with whom I grew up.

    I would wish this wasn´t a farewell tour because you will be missed a lot.

    Mick eres grande y tu banda lo max­imo estuve esper­ando mucho tiempo la opr­tunidad de oir­los can­tar en vivo son sensa­cionales, aun que hay pocas per­so­nas que cono­cen la banda, los que estuvi­mos en el aud­itorio pudi­mos oir y escuchar la mages­tu­oso con­cierto espero que no sea tu ultima gira te estare­mos esper­ando mi familia y un ser­vidor.

    Super bien el con­cierto de anoche,se me hizo corto,pero viendo el setlist,si can­taron las 21 can­ciones.
    Me llevo mis autógrafos,mis fotos con los músi­cos y haber saludado a Mick al final del concierto,y los chi­cos se fueron tan sen­cil­la­mente al hotel,cada quien car­gando su maletita y cam­in­ando hasta el hotel ahí enfrente.
    Los esper­amos un ratito,pero valió la pena,nos regalaron unos minutitos.

    For me, it was an incred­ible con­cert, Simply Red simply the Best. Thanks a lot Mick, and the entire band. You have been my favor­ite group since 1985 when I heard for the first time Money$ too tight to men­tion and, until now, I adore a lot of your songs. Moreover, the very first CD that I bought was “A new Flame”, because I’ve been love the RHYTM, the LYRICS and the FEELING of each song inter­pret­a­tion of Simply Red. Yes­ter­day, you really made me feel so good and of course I danced and sang with you, thank you folks. You got us star­ted … Simply Red.

    Great con­cert! Band and you were incred­ible, that soft dance with sun­rise was funny, with free­dom, excelent.

    Best songs ever for a farewell event, hope someday you go back for mak­ing more music and singing, good luck with your vinos, I’ll hope try it “il can­t­ante” wine.

    Only one com­ment to review, light’s sys­tem were incred­ible, cool music part­ner, how­ever, some­times dur­ing con­cert lights were over us, audi­ence some­times covered their eyes cause was bothered. Lights should not point dir­ectly over audi­ence, or music stars faces, even we couldn’t see Mick play, neither the band.

    6 times I have been in your con­certs since the first time you came to Mex­ico. I wanted listen “Enough” because is one of my all time favor­ite songs about you. You have been play­ing it along the Farewell Tour how­ever now, in Mex­ico City you did not! Why? why? why? I am so sad :(

    Nicely done for the rest of the songs this night, I was wait­ing that you play at Monter­rey, MX. but neither will be.

    Finally, well Mick, thank you for all the great moments here in Mex­ico shar­ing us your pre­cious tal­ent (the band too).
